Building Momentum Across the Country
June was another exciting month for the American Business Network as our community of investors, entrepreneurs, and business leaders continued to expand across the United States.
We kicked off the month with successful luncheon events in Dallas, Austin, and Houston, followed by another outstanding week of events in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and West Palm Beach. Each luncheon brought together accredited investors, founders, executives, and industry professionals to discover innovative companies, exchange ideas, and build valuable relationships.
One of the greatest advantages of being an American Business Network member is becoming part of a community of active angel investors who are committed to helping entrepreneurs succeed. While individual investing can often be a solitary experience, ABN provides members with the opportunity to collaborate with other experienced investors, share due diligence, evaluate promising opportunities together, learn from one another’s expertise, and develop relationships that extend well beyond our monthly meetings. Equally important, members gain direct access to carefully selected early-stage companies that they may not otherwise encounter, allowing them to evaluate high-quality investment opportunities before they become widely known.
As more investors discover these benefits, our membership continues to grow. We are proud to see so many professionals recognizing the value of belonging to a network focused on education, collaboration, and quality deal flow.
Welcome Our New Miami Chapter Leadership
We are pleased to announce that Aura State and Jordan Butler have accepted the roles of Co-Chairpersons of the Miami Chapter.
Jordan is an accomplished entrepreneur with multiple successful exits and extensive experience building and scaling companies. Aura brings nearly 20 years of experience building and scaling functions inside top global agencies, working across Fortune 500 client accounts including Procter & Gamble, Citibank, GSK, and IBM. Together, they will provide exceptional leadership as we continue expanding our presence throughout South Florida.

Outstanding Companies Continue to Present
During June, seven outstanding early-stage companies presented to our membership. Each company demonstrated strong market potential and innovative business models, providing our members with exciting opportunities to evaluate new investment prospects.
The quality of companies seeking capital through ABN continues to improve each month, and we expect July’s presentations to be equally impressive.
Continuing Our National Expansion
Our growth continues in July as we proudly launch two new chapters: Scottsdale, Arizona and Phoenix, Arizona.
We are excited to welcome Gregg Sullivan and Steve Daskal as the leaders of these new chapters. Their experience, leadership, and commitment to supporting entrepreneurs will help establish vibrant investor communities in both markets.
Celebrating America’s 250th Birthday
July also marks a historic occasion as our nation celebrates the 250th anniversary of American independence. As entrepreneurs and investors, we celebrate the innovation, freedom, and entrepreneurial spirit that have helped make America the world’s leading center for business creation and investment. We wish everyone a safe and enjoyable Independence Day celebration.
